Jordyn Woods clapped back at critics who posted videos criticizing her Woods By Jordyn clothing brand after they claimed to be less than impressed with products they received from online purchases.
The 25-year-old former friend of Kylie Jenner shared a short TikTok video where she defended some of her garments in a lengthy response to a customer, Stella Williams.
Williams had purchased one of Woods’ skintight bodycon designs
online and was unhappy with the quality, prompting her to make a comment
video.

Stella showed off the fit of the dress and
inscribed the video, ‘This quality is giving clearance bin and any other
influencer that says otherwise I do not trust them.’
In Stella’s
video, she modeled the blue semi-sheer bodysuit for her fans from the front
before turning to show a profile view of herself.
Williams
addressed the high price point before ending her video with the inscription,
‘I do not trust them.’

Jordyn
began her response video with images from Stella’s video before cutting to
herself wearing the same blue bodysuit as she began her response.
‘OK I just want to lead with wow you look phenomenal in the
dress, I honestly think you look so good,’ said Woods.
She continued, ‘Thank you for buying the dress – you look
great.
‘I also want to thank you for bringing so much exposure to
my brand being that we just launched Monday and there’s always room for
constructive criticism and I’m always listening to the consumer to see how I
can get better and improve.’
She added: ‘I will say there is a
way to be honest and real without bringing other people down and other
influencers into it.
Jordyn accepted the criticism: Woods spoke
into the camera wearing the same bodysuit saying, ‘I just want to lead
with wow you look phenomenal in the dress. I’m always listening to the
consumer to see how I can get better and improve’
She added: ‘I
will say there is a way to be honest and real without bringing other people
down and other influencers into it’
‘Opinions are subjective until you have felt the material and
you know, some people are going to love it and some people aren’t going to
like it and that’s just what it is with everything,’ said woods.
She
further explained that some of the people who are criticizing her brand
never even placed an actual order.
Apparently, her team had
contacted one unhappy customer only to find that no order had been made or
shipped.
In December, Woods announced that she was launching her
very own brand in a series of social media posts.

‘Excited for this journey,’ wrote the beauty in her
caption as she posed in a dark jacket and Chanel boots.
Before
their falling out, Woods was best known for her friendship with Jenner.
Jordyn was very close friends with Kylie, even living in her
guest house until claims were made that she had romanced Khloe Kardashian’s
baby daddy Tristan Thompson which got her famously cut from the
Kardashian-Jenner clan.

In the aftermath, the social media
influencer appeared on an episode of Jada Pinkett Smith’s Facebook Watch
series, Red Table Talk, and addressed the scandal, denying that ‘anything
intimate’ happened with Thompson other than resting her legs on his.
However, she admitted that Thompson kissed her as she was
leaving the party: ‘[There was] no passion, no nothing. He just kissed me …
it was a kiss on the lips. No tongue … no making out.’
During her
interview, Jordyn also famously responded to the allegations that she was
trying to split up Tristan and Khloe, saying, ‘I don’t need your situation,’
which many took as a hint at Tristan’s unfaithful ways.
