Prince Harry set to return to the UK with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet

King Charles has yet to meet his grandchildren, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, since the Sussexes relocated to Montecito.

Prince Harry's urgent visit to his father, King Charles, following his cancer diagnosis, may mark the beginning of several trips back to his homeland.

Although the Duke of Sussex's emergency visit lasted only about 24 hours, there's speculation that he will return to the UK for an extended stay, accompanied by his children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

Royal and marketing expert Pauline Maclaran, speaking to Daily Express US, suggested that Harry's brief visit was primarily to offer his father support and assurance of his well-being.

"I'm not surprised Harry's visit was brief. He likely wanted to personally reassure his father and offer support," she stated, noting the importance of avoiding exacerbating the King's health concerns by lingering.

Maclaran further speculated that Harry would plan a longer visit to allow the King to meet his grandchildren in person.

While Prince Archie was born in 2019 during the Sussexes' tenure as senior royals, Princess Lilibet, born in the US in 2021, has yet to meet her grandfather.

Maclaran views Harry's visit as a "very positive" step towards improving relations after years of strife.

As Prince Harry departed Heathrow for California, his cheerful demeanor suggested that despite its brevity, the meeting may have been fruitful.
