The Duchess of Sussex's prospective return to social media "would likely serve a purpose," suggests insiders.
Renewing her presence on social platforms appears daunting for Meghan Markle, particularly in light of her stance on cyberbullying, according to a PR expert.
In an interview with The Mirror, PR authority Rhea Freeman opined, "Considering the Duchess of Sussex's recent statements, a comeback doesn't seem imminent."
Freeman underscored the significant mental health toll social media can exact, irrespective of one's celebrity status.
Nevertheless, Freeman proposed the possibility of Meghan assembling a dedicated team to manage her social media presence and mitigate negative feedback.
Conversely, Stacy Jones, founder of Hollywood Branded marketing agency, anticipates that Meghan's return to social media "would likely have a specific purpose."
Jones speculates that Meghan may pivot towards promoting positive initiatives in business or philanthropy, rather than seeking personal exposure.
"It's more challenging for detractors when potentially divisive topics are avoided," remarked Jones.
For those unfamiliar with recent developments, Meghan Markle participated as a keynote speaker at the SXSW panel discussion titled Breaking Barriers, Shaping Narratives: How Women Lead On and Off the Screen.
During the discussion, Meghan candidly shared her experiences with cyberbullying and its impact during her pregnancies with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
