Emotional Princess Beatrice Shares Heartfelt Message as Mum Fergie Battles Cancer

Princess Beatrice, currently in America to support the Outward Bound Trust, took the opportunity to share some heartfelt advice amidst her mother Fergie's battle with cancer.

In her first-ever live TV interview on This Morning, the 35-year-old connected with presenters Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle from atop the Empire State Building in New York via videolink.

While her primary purpose in America is to support the Outward Bound Trust, an organization deeply meaningful to her late grandfather, Prince Philip, Beatrice didn't shy away when the hosts broached the subject of her mother's health struggles.

Speaking openly, Beatrice shared, "She's doing really well, thank you, Josie. She had a health scare last year, but she's clear now. At 64, she's thriving, having been through so much. It's a reminder that early health checks are crucial. Both my sister and I are incredibly proud of her for taking those steps."

The conversation shifted to other health challenges within the Royal Family, with King Charles and the Princess of Wales also undergoing cancer treatment this year. Beatrice emphasized, "There's nothing more important than family."

Josie, expressing the show's support for Fergie, asked Beatrice to convey their love to her mother. Beatrice warmly responded, "Of course, I'll pass on your best wishes to my mum. Perhaps when I'm back in the UK, we can collaborate on something together."

Fergie, 64, received positive news from doctors in March that her malignant melanoma had not spread, marking a hopeful turn after her previous battle with breast cancer, which led to a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery last year.
