Two months after sell-out debut, fans left frustrated as shelves remain empty
Meghan Markle’s lifestyle brand As Ever is facing growing backlash as eager fans remain empty-handed two months after its highly publicised launch.
The Duchess of Sussex launched the brand on April 2, with the entire product line selling out in under an hour. While the initial response was hailed as a triumph, the excitement has since turned to disappointment, as no products have been restocked on the official website since launch day.
In a message to supporters at the time, Meghan celebrated the milestone, writing:
"Our shelves may be empty, but my heart is full! We sold out in less than one hour and I can't thank you enough… It's just the start @aseverofficial. Here we go!"
However, the lack of follow-through has left fans disillusioned and critics questioning the brand’s long-term strategy. PR expert Mark Borkowski criticised the handling of the launch, telling Newsweek:
"As soon as nothing’s happening, people ask questions — but then, her PR has always been chaos."
What began as a promising debut now risks losing momentum as followers await clarity and consistency from the As Ever team.
