Palace Confirms Princess Anne’s Upcoming Role in Scotland for Key Royal Duties

Princess Royal to attend two major events following packed week of ceremonial engagements

Princess Anne is set to travel to Scotland for two important royal engagements, Buckingham Palace has confirmed, as the Princess Royal continues her steadfast dedication to royal service.

On Friday, Anne will represent the royal family at two separate events. Her visit comes after a particularly busy stretch of public duties, including her participation in the Trooping the Colour parade on Saturday and the Garter Day service at Windsor Castle on Monday—both high-profile fixtures in the royal calendar.

Before heading to Scotland, the 74-year-old royal is also scheduled to attend the 140th anniversary of the Lincolnshire Show at the Lincolnshire Showground on Wednesday.

In Scotland, Princess Anne will first visit the Strathcarron Hospice at Randolph Hill in Stirling and Falkirk. Later that same day, she will carry out her duties as an Honorary Member of The Royal Highland Agricultural Society of Scotland by attending the Royal Highland Show at the Royal Highland Centre in Edinburgh.

Both engagements are expected to take place on Friday, with Anne returning the following day. Known for her tireless work ethic, the Princess Royal continues to uphold her reputation as one of the monarchy’s most devoted members, maintaining a packed schedule in support of causes across the UK.
