According to a new Mail on Sunday report, peace talks between Buckingham Palace and Montecito have begun, with both sides working to mend the fractured relationship. A close friend of the Duke of Sussex shared that the process is moving slowly, but remains hopeful that a father-son reunion is on the horizon.
As a gesture of goodwill, Harry has reportedly offered to share his diary with royal aides to help build trust and avoid potential scheduling clashes — a move insiders describes as an effort to “deconflict” ongoing tensions.
Sources also hinted that a face-to-face meeting between Harry and his cancer-stricken father could take place in the near future. The friend revealed, “Harry hopes to see his dad later this year, or next year,” referring to the Duke's scheduled trip to the UK in September.
