PR expert says patience and discipline could heal royal rift
Prince Harry may be inching closer to repairing his fractured relationship with King Charles, according to a public relations specialist who believes reconciliation is possible.
Back in July, representatives from both sides were pictured at a private sit-down that appeared to be a peace talk. Around the same time, Harry quietly honoured his late grandfather Prince Philip by placing a letter at the National Memorial during an event attended by the King.
Eric Schiffer, speaking to Newsweek, said progress is being made but warned it will not be instant.
“I do see reconciliation happening but it’s going to take time and more patience and consistent discipline by Harry,” he explained.
Schiffer added that while it remains to be seen if Harry can sustain this new approach, the effort could benefit both father and son.
Notably, Harry has avoided launching fresh public attacks against his father in recent months. His next trip to Britain may offer further clues. The Duke often attends London’s WellChild Awards, typically held in September, though his attendance this year has yet to be confirmed.
