Royal photographer claims the couple’s staff turnover tells a troubling story
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are facing fresh criticism after being branded “dysfunctional” and deeply hypocritical by a royal commentator who says their working style is anything but normal.
The remarks come from royal photographer Hilary Fordwich, who spoke candidly to Fox News Digital about what she sees as a clear pattern surrounding the couple.
According to Fordwich, the constant turnover of staff in Harry and Meghan’s household is “undeniable confirmation” that they are “unmanageably high-maintenance and hypocritical at best.” In her view, the repeated departures point back to the same source every time.
She argued that the couple are “the common denominator in this dysfunctional situation,” adding that there is no other logical explanation. “This is far from business as usual,” she said, describing the environment as neither calm nor coherent.
Fordwich also revisited the long-running claims from former palace staff, referencing what she called the so-named “Sussex Survivors Club.” The phrase, she noted, was coined by ex-employees who spoke of workplace trauma following bullying allegations, with some reportedly saying, only half-jokingly, that the experience left them with symptoms similar to post-traumatic stress.
To underline her point, Fordwich compared the situation to standard workplace norms. Typically, she explained, staff tend to stay in roles for three to five years, usually leaving due to mergers, scandals, or leadership changes. The main exceptions are start-ups or organisations already in crisis.
“When you see this level of upheaval,” she concluded, “it usually signals that the people at the top are extremely difficult to work with, that the organisation is shrinking, or both.”
