Newly released documents shed more light on the disgraced royal’s ties to Jeffrey Epstein
Fresh disclosures from the Epstein files have revealed more unsettling details about the relationship between Prince Andrew and the late financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Among the newly released emails is a message in which Andrew, also known as Andrew Windsor Mountbatten, reportedly told Epstein that he wished he were still his “pet”. In the email, Andrew allegedly wrote, “God it’s cold and dank here! Wish I was still a pet in your family!”
Other files include two previously unreleased photographs said to show Andrew leaning over a girl lying on the floor. The images surfaced shortly before a woman came forward with claims that Epstein flew a woman to the UK to spend the night with the former royal.
Further emails from 2010 add to the controversy. In one exchange, Andrew reportedly expressed hope that Epstein had “picked some new selections”, a message believed to refer to women. In another, Epstein shared the phone number of a Russian woman, describing her as his “future ex-wife”. Andrew later replied that she never responded to him.
These revelations come as the United States Congress continues its investigation into Epstein’s network. As part of that probe, more documents are being released, regularly naming prominent figures who allegedly visited Epstein’s private island.
Ahead of the file releases, King Charles III stripped Andrew of his remaining titles. Reports suggest that both royal insiders and authorities are urging Andrew to cooperate with US investigators as pressure mounts around the case.
