Donald Trump reportedly discussed Prince Harry’s US status during talks with King Charles
Fresh claims surrounding Prince Harry and his future in the United States have sparked new royal controversy, with reports suggesting King Charles III privately discussed the possibility of Harry being deported.
According to insiders cited by Radar Online, Charles allegedly raised the matter during recent conversations with Donald Trump while speaking about the ongoing tensions within the royal family.
A source claimed the monarch and Trump have developed a close relationship and frequently hold private discussions on personal matters.
“This trip provided them with the opportunity to do just that about a number of matters, including Charles’ difficult situation with Harry,” the insider reportedly said.
The report further alleged that Charles believes Harry being removed from the US could resolve several ongoing family issues at once.
“If he were to be deported, it would actually be the ideal situation from the royals’ point of view,” the source claimed, adding that such a move could ease tensions within the family because it would appear beyond royal control.
The insider also alleged some within royal circles believe separating Harry from Meghan Markle would benefit the family in the long run.
The claims come amid continuing public discussion over Harry’s US immigration status following admissions in his memoir Spare about past drug use.
According to the source, Charles allegedly sees the situation as a possible route to bringing his younger son back closer to the family.
Meanwhile, Prince William is reportedly said to remain cautious about any full reconciliation, with insiders claiming he still believes a clear separation from Harry is necessary for the future of the monarchy.
The report also suggested Meghan would strongly oppose any attempt that could force Harry to leave the United States.
