Prince Harry has reportedly lost the trust of King Charles and other members of the Royal Family because of his public comments.
The Duke of Sussex stepped down as a senior working royal six years ago. If he plans to return to the UK, rebuilding his relationship with his father and the rest of the family could take time.
Royal commentator Lady Colin Campbell told Closer that Harry’s relatives may find it difficult to forgive him.
“Harry has betrayed his father, his stepmother, his brother, his sister-in-law,” Campbell claimed. She also accused Harry of supporting Meghan Markle’s allegations against the Royal Family and described him as “ruthless and unpredictable.”
Campbell also claimed that the relationship between Kate Middleton and Meghan remains strained.
“Kate won’t go near Meghan,” she said, adding that Prince William would also avoid being alone with the Duchess of Sussex.
The commentator further alleged that Harry and Meghan have tried to compete with William and Kate. According to Campbell, Meghan hoped her business skills and Hollywood connections would help the couple become powerful and wealthy.
Campbell suggested that this idea appealed to Harry because of his reported jealousy toward his older brother.
