Prince Harry Excluded from King Charles's Succession Plans, Misses Opportunity with Prince William

Amid King Charles's recent succession planning, Prince Harry finds himself sidelined, missing a significant opportunity to collaborate with his brother, Prince William.

According to a report by The Mirror, the 75-year-old Monarch has been actively strategizing the future of the UK monarchy following his cancer diagnosis. Royal expert Tom Quinn disclosed to the media outlet that Charles is primarily focusing on preparing William and Kate for their future roles, effectively excluding Harry from the succession discussions.

Quinn emphasized that Charles taking on a new royal title while Harry is "left out of the picture" represents a worst-case scenario that the royal family wishes to avoid.

Regarding Prince Harry's feelings on the matter, Quinn shared that the Duke of Sussex is discontented with being excluded from succession planning. Despite this, Quinn believes Harry bears some responsibility for his current situation.

"He chose the path of independence, and while he has gained his desired freedom, it comes at a cost," Quinn commented, adding that Harry's choices align with the saying, "Be careful what you wish for."

Interestingly, Quinn also speculated that in extreme circumstances where both Charles and William are unavailable, Harry might still be called upon to serve as regent.
