The palace features pictures of King Charles alongside an uplifting announcement regarding his latest milestone.
"The King assumed the role of Head of the Commonwealth upon his Accession in 2023. Throughout his dedicated service, he has fostered connections with the Commonwealth family through regular visits and by championing projects that unite Commonwealth nations through shared values and interests," the statement reads.
Earlier in the day, Princess Kate broke her silence on the Mother's Day photo scandal, expressing, "Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing. I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day."
