King Charles and Queen Camilla Return to Clarence House After Scotland Holiday

King Charles III and Queen Camilla have concluded their holiday retreat in Scotland and returned to Clarence House in London.

Upon their arrival, the 75-year-old monarch graciously waved to royal fans and tourists, resuming his treatment following a recent cancer diagnosis.

During their stay at Birkhall, their cherished Scottish retreat where they celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary earlier this month, King Charles and Queen Camilla enjoyed a peaceful getaway reminiscent of their honeymoon in 2005.

As they arrived back home, King Charles appeared in good spirits as he sat inside his maroon state Bentley sedan on Tuesday, with excited royal fans snapping pictures alongside the Queen.

This marked King Charles's first trip to Scotland since disclosing his diagnosis in February. While undergoing treatment, the monarch has significantly reduced his public engagements, prioritizing his health.

Looking ahead, there are tentative plans for King Charles to undertake a foreign trip in October, contingent upon his continued progress and well-being.
