Prince Harry Receives Positive Development Amid 'Stressful' US Visa Case

Prince Harry receives a glimmer of hope amidst the ongoing scrutiny of his US visa application, as he prepares for a potential return to the UK for the Invictus Games event in two weeks.

The Duke of Sussex finds his options remaining open, as his US visa status remains under review by a federal judge.

According to New York-based lawyer Gita Gorji, Prince Harry may not necessarily forfeit his royal titles if he decides to extend his stay in the US or pursue citizenship. Gorji cited Article I, Section 9, Clause 8 of the US Constitution, which prohibits the granting of titles of nobility by the United States.

However, Gorji clarified that unless Prince Harry were to hold public office, there is no specific requirement in the Constitution for him to renounce his foreign titles. She emphasized that it would be unconstitutional to force him to do so.

"Unless he were to hold public office, the US Constitution only specifically forbids the US government from granting titles of nobility," she stated. "It says nothing about titles conferred by foreign governments."

These remarks offer a glimmer of relief for Prince Harry amid the stress of his ongoing US visa case, a situation that has reportedly weighed heavily on him, according to friends quoted by royal author Tom Quinn.
