Tom Cruise Makes Daring Fighter Jet Landing in London During 'Mission: Impossible 8' Filming

Tom Cruise returns to the spotlight for the eighth installment of his Mission: Impossible series.

The 61-year-old Hollywood icon, known for his daring stunts both on and off-screen, utilized his pilot’s license, acquired in 1994, to film a scene for Mission: Impossible 8.

Cruise demonstrated his flying skills by safely guiding his HondaJet, a fighter jet, through turbulent weather to land in London.

According to reports from the Daily Mail, filming occurred in the heart of Westminster, just a stone's throw away from Downing Street.

In MI 8, Cruise reprises his role as IMF agent Ethan Hunt.

Originally slated for a summer release, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part Two faced delays, including the Hollywood writers' strike. However, fans can now anticipate its release on May 23, 2025, following the success of Dead Reckoning Part One released last year.

Joining Cruise in the star-studded cast are Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames, Hayley Atwell, Pom Klementieff, and Vanessa Kirby, promising another thrilling addition to the action-packed franchise.
