Prince William delighted his followers with a fun-filled video update from his recent trip to Cape Town, offering a rare glimpse into the joyful moments of his headline-making visit.
On November 9, the Prince of Wales posted the video on social media, showcasing highlights from his royal engagements and the star-studded Earthshot Prize Awards. Alongside the footage, William wrote, “A truly unforgettable week in Cape Town with @earthshotprize and @unitedforwildlife.”
Despite the lighthearted tone of the video, William also took time during the tour to reflect on the challenges he faced in 2024, describing it as the 'hardest' year of his life due to serious health issues within the family.
In a candid interview, the future King opened up about the impact of King Charles and Catherine’s cancer battles, describing the experience as "brutal."
He admitted, “Trying to manage everything and keep things on track has been incredibly difficult. But I’m so proud of my wife and my father for the strength they’ve shown.”
Reflecting on the family’s resilience, William added, “From a personal standpoint, it’s been tough, but I’m incredibly proud of how we’ve faced these challenges together.”
