Meghan Markle ‘Banned’ from Prince Harry’s Former London Nightclub

Rebranded venue with royal ties reopens—but the Duchess isn’t invited

A once-popular London nightclub known for its royal clientele is making a grand return—though one familiar name won’t be on the guest list.

The club, formerly known as Boujis, was a favourite haunt of Prince Harry and Prince William in their younger years. Now rebranded as Gallery, the venue is set to reopen near Kensington Palace, reclaiming its status as a hotspot for London’s elite.

However, one of the club’s co-owners, Carlo Carello, has made it clear that Meghan Markle will not be welcome. Speaking to the Daily Mail, he stated bluntly: “Everyone is welcome—except Meghan. I don’t like her.”

Boujis was once a favourite among royals, hosting Prince William and Catherine during their early dating years. Princess Beatrice and other members of the royal circle were also regulars, with co-owner Jake Parkinson-Smith previously describing the club as “a home away from home for the royals.”

The club’s relaunch will feature a DJ set from Ned Spencer, son of Earl Spencer, further solidifying its royal ties. Meanwhile, just a short distance away, Nottingham Cottage—Prince Harry and Meghan’s former UK residence—remains home to Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank.

As the Duke and Duchess of Sussex continue their life in California, with Meghan recently celebrating a friend’s birthday in the U.S. and Harry embroiled in legal battles with British tabloids, their former London social scene is moving forward—without them.
