Royal fans reassured as Eugenie posts photos with Beatrice after Garden Party no-show
Princess Eugenie has offered a warm update about her sister, Princess Beatrice, following Beatrice’s notable absence from a key royal event hosted by Prince William and Princess Catherine at Buckingham Palace.
While Eugenie joined cousin Zara Tindall to support the Prince and Princess of Wales at the annual Garden Party on Tuesday, Beatrice was not in attendance—sparking speculation amid ongoing tensions within the royal family.
However, Eugenie appeared to quash any rumours of discord by posting heartfelt photos of herself and Beatrice at the Chelsea Flower Show, which they attended together the day before the palace event.
“Such a lovely afternoon visiting the @the_rhs Chelsea Flower Show, especially when I get to do it with my sis!” Eugenie wrote on Instagram, sharing highlights from their visit, including stops at several award-winning garden displays.
Their appearance at the flower show also coincided with a visit from King Charles and Queen Camilla, who attended as guests of honour.
Though Beatrice’s absence from the Garden Party has drawn attention—especially given Prince William’s reported frustration over Prince Andrew’s scandals—there is no official indication of any strain between her and the Prince or Princess of Wales.
For now, Eugenie’s cheerful post offers reassurance that, at least between the sisters, all remains well.
