Official list reveals Princess Royal’s hard work—and her most surprising presents
Princess Anne's steadfast dedication to royal duties has earned her a distinct spotlight as Buckingham Palace unveiled the latest official gift list, covering engagements from 2020 to 2023.
Known as the monarchy’s most hardworking member, the Princess Royal received a wide variety of gifts during her official visits, including books, scarves, hampers, rugby balls, and 51 acorns. However, the items that drew the most public interest were a slurry tanker and five mouthguards—fitting tokens for someone with a strong interest in sport and agriculture.
According to the Palace, “Each year, members of the Royal Family receive a number of official gifts… These gifts are logged by the Royal Household.”
The updated list also details gifts given to King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince William, Catherine, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, and other senior royals.
This latest update follows the King's decision to send his sister to Liverpool to represent the royal family in the aftermath of a tragic car incident—another example of her key role in supporting the monarchy.
