According to People magazine, Archer has left her position as senior private executive assistant to launch her own consultancy. While the details of her next venture remain private, the royal household is said to have offered its full support as she begins this new chapter.
Archer joined the royal team in 2010 as a personal assistant and quickly became a key figure in Catherine’s inner circle. Credited with helping shape the Princess’s style and public persona, she was instrumental in building what became known as the “Kate Middleton Effect”—a phenomenon that reportedly contributes over $1.27 billion annually to the UK fashion economy.
However, Archer’s role extended far beyond fashion. She was present during deeply personal moments, including Catherine’s hospital arrival ahead of Prince George’s birth in 2013.
