Couple’s renewed partnership includes holiday special, romance adaptation, and inspiring documentary
Meghan Markle and Harry's Archewell Productions have secured a multi-year extension of their first-look deal with Netflix, ensuring the couple will continue producing a range of film and television projects for the streaming giant.
The renewed agreement features several upcoming titles, including With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration—a December special set in Montecito that will feature festive decorating, shared meals, handmade gifts, and laughter. Notably, the announcement avoids using the word “Christmas,” echoing the couple’s 2023 holiday card wording, “We Wish You a Very Happy Holiday Season and a Joyful New Year.”
Also on the slate is a feature adaptation of Carley Fortune's bestselling romance Meet Me at the Lake, and Masaka Kids, A Rhythm Within, a short documentary highlighting an orphanage in Uganda's Masaka region that has turned hardship into hope through dance.
Speaking about the extension, Meghan said, "We're proud to extend our partnership with Netflix and expand our work together to include the As Ever brand. My husband and I feel inspired by our partners who work closely with us and our Archewell Productions team to create thoughtful content across genres that resonates globally, and celebrates our shared vision."
A source told GB News the couple were “over the moon” about the deal, adding that Netflix's decision reflected the pair's enduring commercial appeal despite negative press.
