Future king said to be running out of patience with his brother
Prince William is reportedly close to giving up on his relationship with Harry as the brothers remain distant. Sources say they are no longer on speaking terms, and William’s patience has worn thin after what he sees as repeated betrayals.
RadarOnline reports that William “always bent over backwards” for his younger brother, even putting himself in uncomfortable situations to make Harry feel supported. Yet, according to insiders, his “generosity has not been repaid,” leaving him feeling drained by the constant strain.
For years, William tried to act as a referee between Harry and the royal family. He even adjusted plans to make sure Harry felt involved, motivated by what was described as “real brotherly love.” But the goodwill was not appreciated, insiders claim, and William’s tolerance has faded following “so many public attacks” from Harry.
The relationship has been troubled ever since Harry stepped down from royal duties and later criticised the monarchy in his memoir Spare. His move to the United States with Meghan Markle only deepened the divide.
While there have been reports that Harry hopes to rebuild ties, it remains uncertain whether the two brothers can overcome the damage and find common ground again.
