Andrew and Sarah Ferguson Set to Live Apart Again Sooner Than Planned

Former couple prepare to leave Royal Lodge as Andrew looks to start over

Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson are preparing to go their separate ways once again, and earlier than many expected.

According to fresh reports, Andrew is set to leave Royal Lodge within weeks. The former couple, who have shared the sprawling 30 room property for nearly two decades despite their divorce, are said to be finally moving into separate homes.

Andrew is expected to relocate to Marsh Farm on the Sandringham Estate, while Sarah Ferguson may settle into a nearby residence of her own. Sources say the move follows long standing pressure for Andrew to vacate Royal Lodge following the fallout from his links to Jeffrey Epstein.

One insider told Radar that work on Marsh Farm has continued despite winter weather, though the property still needs significant attention before it is fully habitable. They added that it is far smaller and far less luxurious than Royal Lodge.

A friend of Andrew’s also spoke to The Sun, saying he has decided it is time to move on with his life. According to the source, Andrew plans to move out by the end of the month or at least before his birthday in February and make a fresh start.

The same source added that while Andrew and Sarah will remain connected through their children and grandchildren, they will otherwise be living completely separate lives. It marks the first time in almost 20 years that the former couple will no longer share a home.
