Princess Eugenie is reportedly cutting her father, Prince Andrew, out of her life completely, with sources comparing the move to a “Brooklyn Beckham-level” family split.
According to The Mirror, Eugenie has ended all contact with Andrew following the loss of his royal titles and his removal from the Royal Lodge. The decision is said to be linked to the ongoing fallout from his past association with Jeffrey Epstein.
Insiders claim Eugenie’s stance mirrors the public break taken by Brooklyn Beckham, who recently criticised his parents, David and Victoria Beckham, on social media. Brooklyn accused them of controlling his life and damaging his marriage to Nicola Peltz, insisting there would be no reconciliation.
A source comparing the two situations said there is “no contact at all” between Eugenie and her father. “It’s Brooklyn Beckham-level,” they added. “She has completely cut him off.”
Royal author Andrew Lownie has also suggested that both Eugenie and her sister, Princess Beatrice, may be concerned about what could still emerge from the Epstein investigation. He claimed that only a small fraction of the material linked to the case has so far been made public, warning that further damaging details could come out.
Crisis PR expert Lauren Beeching questioned whether openly distancing themselves from their father is the best strategy. She said the smarter option would be to avoid being seen with him rather than turning the situation into a public statement. In her view, quietly stepping back would reduce attention and limit further controversy.
The situation highlights how deeply the Andrew scandal continues to affect his daughters, with Eugenie now reportedly choosing distance as a way to protect herself from future fallout.
