Invictus Games opens nominations for 2026 Spirit Awards
Harry’s Invictus Games has announced that nominations are now open for the 2026 Invictus Spirit Awards.
The charity said entries can be submitted across four categories, with the deadline set for 8 March 2026. Winners will be revealed at the Invictus Spirit Gala Dinner, where the awards will be presented on 17 September.
In a statement, the organisation said the awards aim to spotlight people around the world who reflect the true meaning of the Invictus Spirit.
“Across the world, there are individuals whose courage, compassion and commitment embody the Invictus Spirit,” the charity said. “They lift others up, overcome adversity, and use sport or adventurous challenge to drive recovery, hope and change.”
It added that the awards are about recognising those efforts, whether from wounded, injured or sick service personnel and veterans on their recovery journey, or from members of the wider community who are making a difference through sport.
The Invictus Games Foundation was founded by Harry after he was inspired by the US Warrior Games in 2013. It was formally established in 2014 to support the recovery of wounded, injured and sick service personnel through international sporting competitions.
