King Charles is said to be under growing strain behind closed doors as Buckingham Palace grapples with what some insiders are calling the most serious crisis the modern royal family has faced.
According to royal commentator Ian Pelham Turner, senior members of the family including King Charles III, Prince William, Kate Middleton and Princess Anne are deeply concerned following the arrest of Andrew.
Speaking to Fox News Digital, Turner said the situation represents a defining moment for the monarch and could shape how his reign is ultimately remembered. He described it as a major blow to the institution, noting that pressure from anti-monarchy group Republic played a role in prompting police to reopen the investigation.
