Reports say the actress has moved past old wounds and is focusing on a happier new chapter with boyfriend Jim Curtis
Jennifer Aniston may be ready to share the screen with Brad Pitt again after years of emotional healing following their 2005 divorce.
According to recent reports, the Friends star has finally found peace with her past, and much of that progress is being credited to her current boyfriend, wellness expert Jim Curtis. The pair reportedly used hypnosis as part of Aniston’s healing journey, which helped her move forward from old heartbreak.
Sources claim the actress described hypnosis as the “missing piece” that allowed her to unlock something in her subconscious and let go of the story she once carried about being a victim of the split.
An insider told Radar Online that the process has helped Aniston reach a place where she can even forgive Pitt.
“She’s been able to forgive Brad, too,” the source said, adding that the healing has been so significant that Aniston would now consider working with her former husband if the right project came along. The insider also suggested she would not rule out socialising with him and their partners.
Aniston and Pitt famously ended their marriage in 2005 after five years together. Around the same time, Pitt grew close to Angelina Jolie while filming the action film Mr. & Mrs. Smith, a development that reportedly left Aniston heartbroken.
After the divorce, Pitt went on to build a family with Jolie, adopting three children together before the pair eventually married in 2014. Their marriage later ended in 2019.
Meanwhile, Aniston has moved forward with Curtis. The couple made their relationship public in late 2025 and have since been spotted together several times in early 2026.
Initially introduced through mutual friends, the pair reportedly started out as friends before their relationship turned romantic. Sources say they are now very happy together.
Recent reports have even hinted that the couple may be considering marriage. An insider told the Daily Mail that Aniston and Curtis are thinking about a small wedding, possibly somewhere in Europe.
According to the source, the couple wants to celebrate their relationship quietly, away from what they called the “Hollywood circus.”
