Khloe Kardashian Opens Up About Her Weight Loss Journey

Reality star says there is “no magic” when it comes to getting healthy

Khloe Kardashian has spoken honestly about her long personal journey with health and fitness, saying real change takes effort and patience.

In a recent interview with People, the Good American founder explained that her approach to working out began during a difficult period in her life and was never about chasing a number on the scale.

“For me, working out started from a low place in my life and it wasn’t about trying to be a certain number on the scale,” Khloe said. “I don’t even own a scale. I don’t look at that.”

The reality television star shared that focusing on how she feels has been far more important than comparing herself to others.

She admitted that social media can make it easy to fall into the trap of comparison but said she has learned to focus on her own progress instead.

“It’s really easy to compare yourself to other people, especially with social media, and I’ve been a victim of that,” she said. “But it feels so good when you are your only competition.”

Now at 41, Khloe said she has come to understand that everyone’s body works differently and there is no universal path to fitness.

She explained that while some people might see quick results with minimal effort, others may have to work harder to achieve the same goals. For her, that effort is something she has learned to appreciate.

“I’ve realised we don’t all have the same body. There’s no one-size-fits-all,” she said. “Some people go to the gym twice a week and have an incredible body, while I might have to fight for mine a little harder. And honestly, I think that’s something to be proud of.”

Khloe also stressed that confidence and self-acceptance play a major role in any transformation.

According to the television star, real change starts from within, not from quick fixes or shortcuts.

“As much as people want to believe it, there’s no magic solution,” she said. “You have to work at it.”

She added that even if someone receives outside help or support along the way, building self-love and a positive mindset is still essential for lasting results.
