Prince Andrew reportedly unhappy with temporary stay away from Royal Lodge

Royal commentator claims the Duke of York has struggled with changes during his time away from his longtime residence

Prince Andrew is reportedly unhappy with the circumstances surrounding his move away from Royal Lodge, according to claims made by a royal commentator.

The Duke of York has been staying at Wood Farm on the Sandringham estate while changes continue around Royal Lodge, a residence he has occupied for many years. Reports suggest the move has not been an easy adjustment.

Royal author Robert Jobson claimed the situation surrounding the property has become increasingly complicated, suggesting the once-quiet country residence no longer looks the same.

Speaking to The Sun, Jobson said the property had previously appeared like a pleasant country home but now looks quite different following recent changes around the site.

He also suggested the Duke may prefer the arrangement at Wood Farm if it allows space for staff and security nearby, rather than returning to the same setup at Royal Lodge.

The comments come amid continued scrutiny around Andrew’s living arrangements and his role within the wider royal family following his withdrawal from public duties.

Meanwhile, in separate remarks, former US president Donald Trump recently spoke positively about King Charles, describing him as a determined figure who has shown resilience in recent years.

Trump said he believes the King has grown significantly over the past decade and praised his character and strength since taking on the role of monarch.
