Kanye West is preparing for what could become one of the biggest concerts ever held in Türkiye.
The rapper is set to perform at Atatürk Olympic Stadium on May 30, marking his return to the country after more than a decade.
Although it will be a one-night event, organisers expect the concert to attract around 115,000 fans from across the world, including visitors from Russia, Kazakhstan, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the United States.
If the expected turnout is achieved, the event will surpass the previous crowd record of 98,000 attendees.
Beyond the music, the concert is also expected to deliver a major boost to Türkiye’s tourism industry. Reports suggest the event could generate between $50 million and $100 million through hotel bookings, transportation, food, and other visitor spending.
Erdem Karahan, founder of ILS Vision and organiser of the concert, shared the projected figures with Turkish media.
The excitement surrounding the event increased further after Karahan hinted that Travis Scott may join West on stage during the show.
The two artists are reportedly expected to perform their track “Father” together. They previously shared the stage at a concert in Los Angeles.
Meanwhile, West’s daughter, North West, is also rumoured to attend the highly anticipated event.
