Prince Harry and Meghan's Children Expected to Visit Princess Diana's Grave During UK Trip

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly planning a family visit to the UK next month, with their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, expected to see their late grandmother Princess Diana's resting place for the first time.

According to reports, Harry intends to take Archie and Lilibet to Diana's grave during the family's visit in July 2026. The grave is located on a secluded island within the grounds of Althorp House, the Northamptonshire estate that belonged to Diana's family.

The visit is expected to be a particularly emotional moment for the Duke of Sussex, who has often spoken about the lasting impact of his mother's death and his desire to keep her memory alive for his children.

The trip could also mark another significant family milestone. Reports suggest it would be the first time in four years that Archie and Lilibet have seen their grandfather, King Charles III.

Adding to speculation surrounding the visit, Althorp House is scheduled to close to the public for two days during the period Harry and Meghan are expected to be in Britain. According to the Daily Mail, such closures are considered unusual once the estate opens for its limited summer season.

A source cited by the newspaper described the move as "highly unusual," noting that the estate, overseen by Diana's brother, Earl Spencer, does not typically close during its public opening period.

Althorp welcomes visitors only during July and August each year, making any interruption to its schedule noteworthy.

Reports also claim that Harry and Meghan will stay in royal accommodation while in the UK. Possible locations mentioned include Buckingham Palace, St James's Palace, Windsor Castle, or Frogmore Cottage.

Neither the Duke and Duchess of Sussex nor Buckingham Palace have publicly commented on the reported travel plans.
