Unverified claims about Prince Harry’s marriage have surfaced following comments made by a socialite who says she has connections within royal circles.
The allegations emerged shortly after Harry and Meghan Markle reportedly travelled to the UK with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet to spend time with King Charles.
Speaking in an interview with royal commentator Dan Wootton, the socialite claimed there was tension behind the scenes and alleged that Meghan was angry about information she had recently discovered.
“According to what I have been told, Meghan is livid,” she said.
She went on to suggest that Meghan was unlikely to leave the marriage because of the couple’s shared public profile and Harry’s connection to the royal family.
According to the socialite, Meghan’s anger was “not enough” for her to abandon a brand closely associated with Harry and his relationship with the King. She also claimed Harry would not want to leave his children, whom he “loves dearly.”
The commentator further alleged that another woman lived in or near the Montecito area, though she stopped short of identifying anyone or directly accusing Harry of having an affair.
She claimed Meghan became aware of the situation after allegedly discovering messages on Harry’s phone.
However, the socialite repeatedly stressed that she was not stating that Harry had been unfaithful.
“If Harry does have an interest elsewhere, and you notice I say ‘if’ for legal reasons, I have not said he is having an affair,” she said.
No evidence was presented to support the claims, and neither Harry nor Meghan has publicly addressed the allegations. The rumours therefore remain unverified speculation rather than established fact.
