Prince Harry Could Face Major Legal Costs, Commentator Claims

Prince Harry may be facing significant legal expenses following his latest court battle, according to claims made by royal commentator Kinsey Schofield.

Speaking during an interview with body language expert Scott Rouse on her YouTube show, Kinsey Schofield Unfiltered, Schofield said a lawyer familiar with the situation had suggested that Harry and others involved in the case were deeply concerned about the potential financial consequences.

According to Schofield, the group’s insurance coverage was limited to £11 million, while the opposing side’s legal costs may have exceeded £25 million.

“Their insurance only covered £11 million,” she claimed. “Even assuming the insurers pay out without objecting, the other side’s costs are over £25 million.”

She also suggested that some of Harry’s lawyers may have worked under a no-win, no-fee arrangement. If accurate, that could further complicate the question of who is responsible for the legal bill following the unsuccessful case.

“It is my understanding, based on a very good source that I trust immensely, that Harry could have to pay a significant amount of money because he lost this court case in the UK against the Daily Mail,” Schofield said.

The commentator also raised questions about Harry’s wider expenses, particularly the cost of private security in the United States and while travelling abroad.

She claimed those arrangements could cost millions of pounds each year and speculated that Harry’s spending may currently be higher than his income.

“I think more is going out than is coming in,” she said.

The claims about Harry’s insurance coverage, legal arrangements and possible financial liability have not been publicly confirmed by the Duke of Sussex or his legal representatives.
