Prince William and Prince Harry remain deeply estranged, with one royal expert saying there is little hope of the brothers reconciling anytime soon.
The Prince of Wales and the Duke of Sussex have reportedly not spoken for more than three years, and Prince Harry's expected return to the UK this month is unlikely to change that.
Speaking to ITV, royal expert Russell Myers said the brothers' relationship has reached its lowest point.
"Make no mistake that their relationship is the worst it's ever been, and I see no chance of a reconciliation," Myers said.
He suggested there is more room for progress between Harry and King Charles than between the two brothers.
"We've seen Harry speaking about wanting a reconciliation with his father, and there is a willingness from both sides to fix their relationship," he said.
According to Myers, Prince William, Princess Catherine and other senior members of the Royal Family continue to feel deeply hurt by Harry's public comments about the monarchy.
"William, Catherine and other members of the Royal Family feel deeply hurt by everything Harry has said in the past about the Firm," he added.
Harry stepped back from royal duties in 2020 alongside Meghan Markle and their son, Prince Archie. After relocating to California, the couple gave a series of high-profile interviews in which they criticized their experience within the Royal Family, including allegations of racism concerning their son.
Harry and Meghan now live in California with Prince Archie and their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
