Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have received disappointing news about their popularity in Britain.
The report says the couple moved back to the UK in August with their children, Archie and Lilibet. It cites a YouGov survey suggesting that public opinion of them has become more negative since July.
According to the figures quoted, 29 percent of Britons have a positive opinion of Harry, down four percentage points since July. Meanwhile, 60 percent have a negative opinion of him.
For Meghan, 20 percent have a positive opinion, while 68 percent have a negative opinion. The share of people who view her negatively has increased by three percentage points since the summer.
This puts Meghan’s overall popularity score at minus 48, meaning negative views outweigh positive views by 48 percentage points. The report says this is her lowest score since the survey began tracking her popularity.
