Prince Harry has been advised to settle his differences with the royal family in private.
The Duke of Sussex recently spoke to GQ about wanting to repair his relationship with his older brother, Prince William. However, a source told Page Six that the family has a difficult history to work through.
The source said King Charles and William have said very little in public, even after Harry said he wanted to put the past behind them.
Vickers said these problems should be handled privately. He added that public appearances and interviews could make it harder to reach an agreement.
He also said Harry’s actions might be seen as a challenge, even if Harry does not mean them that way.
In his GQ interview, Harry said that making peace with his family was the most important thing.
Whoopi Goldberg discussed his comments on The View. She questioned whether speaking publicly would help him repair those relationships, but said she believed he wanted to make peace.
