The Prince of Wales explored farming methods that aim to improve soil health and support nature.
Prince William visited a farm in Herefordshire, western England, to learn more about regenerative farming.
The Prince and Princess of Wales shared the visit on their official Instagram account on Thursday, October 1.
“Regenerative farming in Herefordshire with @theduchyofcornwall,” the caption read.
Fans welcomed the update, with one praising William for supporting people and another writing, “Great work.”
The solo visit followed a surprise appearance with his wife, Catherine, at DIY Kitchens Stadium in Wakefield. The couple were there to support Sir Kevin Sinfield’s seven-day running challenge and meet families affected by motor neurone disease, also known as MND.
The 7 in 7 Challenge asks participants to complete an ultramarathon each day for seven days. It was inspired by rugby league player Rob Burrow and the number seven shirt he wore during his career.
In their Instagram post, William and Catherine wished Sinfield and everyone taking part good luck. They also said it was an honour to meet families supported by the MND Association.
According to the post, the challenge has raised more than £11 million since it began in 2020 to help people living with MND and their loved ones.
The couple described the fundraising total as “a remarkable achievement from all involved.”
