The source claimed Harry is upset because his children have not been able to have another meeting with their grandfather, King Charles.
Harry reportedly thought things were getting better after he and Meghan took their children to visit the King and Queen at Highgrove over the summer.
According to the source, Camilla welcomed them warmly and seemed ready to put their past disagreements behind them. Charles appeared to feel the same way. This gave Harry hope that family relations would improve and encouraged him to move back, the source said.
However, the source claimed several people have privately told Harry that Camilla may be blocking further visits.
