Prince Harry is currently facing a critical legal issue concerning his US visa application due to allegations of drug use, and the situation is nearing a pivotal moment.
According to reports from Newsweek, the Duke of Sussex's visa application has been forwarded to a federal judge for evaluation to determine whether he provided false information about his drug usage during the immigration process.
A statement from the court filing reads, "Defendant the U.S. Department of Homeland Security respectfully informs the court that it has complied with the court's March 7, 2024, order by submitting declarations with attachments for ex parte in camera [in private] review."
In the lawsuit initiated by The Heritage Foundation, the judge will ultimately decide whether to disclose the application publicly and whether Prince Harry would face deportation to the UK if found guilty of deception.
This development comes amidst heightened scrutiny surrounding Prince Harry's drug use, notably disclosed in his memoir, Spare.
