Prince William Set to Resume Royal Duties Following Easter Break

Prince William, next in line to the throne, is poised to resume his royal engagements as his wife, Kate Middleton, undergoes cancer treatment.

Reportedly, the Prince of Wales will undertake official duties this week after spending Easter with Kate and their three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

William's last public appearance was in late March at an event addressing homelessness. Shortly after, Kate's shocking cancer diagnosis was disclosed amid intense media scrutiny.

Before Easter, William had been fulfilling some of his father King Charles's duties, as Charles had announced his own cancer diagnosis just a month before Kate's revelation. However, following Kate's announcement, the family retreated from the public eye to process the news together.

In a video message, Kate praised William as a "great source of comfort and reassurance" and appealed for privacy during her treatment, stating, "as a family, we now need some time, space, and privacy."

While Prince William gears up for his return to public duties, there is no specified timeline for Kate's reentry into public life.

Meanwhile, Charles continues to manage key events, including significant international trips like the one scheduled for October in Samoa.
