Highgrove House honours late Jack Russell Beth in festive holiday decor.
King Charles is preparing Highgrove House, his country estate in Gloucestershire, for a heartwarming Christmas celebration that pays tribute to Beth, Queen Camilla’s beloved Jack Russell, who passed away last weekend.
Among the holiday decorations is a touching addition: an embroidered ornament of Beth wearing a red bandana adorned with a crown. Another ornament features Camilla’s other terrier, Bluebell, also wearing a crown.
These handmade ornaments, embellished with gold thread and sequins, are part of Highgrove’s Christmas collection, launched earlier this year. Each decoration costs £12.95 and was added to the estate’s holiday decor before news of Beth’s illness emerged.
In the lead-up to Christmas, Highgrove is opening its Orchard Room to the public for festive lunches, featuring two- and three-course menus. The estate is also decked out with traditional holiday colours of rich reds, greens, and golds, creating a warm and regal atmosphere.
This year’s celebrations reflect King Charles’ dedication to tradition while honouring personal memories, blending royal charm with heartfelt touches.
