Duchess files trademark for hospitality services under lifestyle brand As Ever
Meghan Markle is reportedly setting her sights on the hospitality sector as part of her growing business empire.
According to The Sun, the Duchess of Sussex has filed to trademark her lifestyle brand As Ever for “hospitality services,” a move that would cover restaurants, lodging, and the provision of food and drink.
The shift signals a bold new chapter for Meghan, 42, who has spent the past year reinventing herself as a lifestyle entrepreneur. As Ever is described on its website as “a love language” inspired by her passion for cooking and entertaining. In her Netflix series With Love, Meghan, she previously said: “When I have someone stay, one of my favourite things to do is prep the guest room.”
With a second season of her Netflix show already filmed and set to release this autumn, her move into the hospitality space appears well timed. Experts suggest this new direction aligns naturally with her curated public image and could even feature dishes she has shared on screen.
The trademark filing comes shortly after Meghan teased a new project on Instagram, posting a striking beach photo with the caption: “So excited for all the good to come!”
