The six-acre property features a 15,000-square-foot main house, professional horse stables, sweeping Pacific Ocean views, and a notable list of former owners, including Ellen DeGeneres, Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd, and Tinder co-founder Sean Rad.
Hints of a closer bond between Meghan and the Kardashian-Jenner family emerged over the weekend. At Kylie Jenner’s 28th birthday celebration, Khloé Kardashian shared photos of a lavish hamper believed to be from Meghan’s brand, As Ever. The basket contained bottles of vintage wine, her signature jam, and fresh vegetables. Meghan later reposted a screenshot of the gift from Khloé’s Instagram, decorated with white hearts and the caption, “Hey hey all my girls with a K,” followed by a kiss emoji.
The following day, Kris Jenner publicly thanked Meghan on Instagram for sending an As Ever Napa Valley Rosé package, tagging both the Duchess and her brand. As Ever reposted Kris’s message, sealing a warm introduction between Montecito’s newest high-profile neighbours.
