Meghan Markle is quietly shaping the future of her lifestyle brand As Ever, even as Harry is urged to leave her out of ongoing peace talks with the royal family.
According to palace sources, the Duke of Sussex has been advised to keep Meghan away from the reunion discussions with his father, King Charles, amid the monarch's cancer treatment. While the decision is reportedly difficult for Harry, Meghan appears unfazed, concentrating instead on positioning As Ever as a high-end label independent of royal connections.
Marketing expert Simon Brisk told Express UK that Meghan’s online strategy mirrors that of luxury brands. "Meghan's digital restraint is not accidental; it's masterfully intentional," he said, describing her style as "controlled visibility, infrequent drops, and a highly consistent tone."
Rather than frequent posting, Meghan opts for rare updates that draw significant attention when they appear. Her most recent post — a single photo from her birthday three days ago — came after a week-long social media pause, offering only a small glimpse of her private celebrations.
Brisk explained that this selective approach builds novelty, shields her from online backlash, and fuels speculation and media interest. “Her silence also creates a kind of algorithmic immunity while keeping fans engaged,” he said.
The Duchess's refined strategy comes as Harry works to rebuild strained royal relationships — without her by his side.
