Another confidant, who previously worked with Bieber on tour planning, said nothing is moving forward at the moment. “People keep waiting for a green light, but nothing’s happening. Justin isn’t committing to a single thing right now, not a city, not a date, not even a theme.”
According to those close to him, the decision is tied to his focus on personal well-being and emotional health.

The pause comes after Bieber shared a reflective message on Instagram before Christmas, where he spoke openly about faith and the pressures of fame.
