Kendall Jenner is setting the record straight after years of online speculation about her face.
The model recently said she has watched videos where so called experts confidently claim she has had multiple cosmetic procedures. According to Kendall, those claims are simply wrong.
Speaking on Owen Thiele’s In Your Dreams podcast, the 30 year old said the only cosmetic treatment she has ever tried was baby Botox on her forehead, and even that was limited.
“I swear to God, I’ve done two rounds of baby Botox in my forehead and that’s it,” she said, adding that she did not even enjoy the results.
Kendall directly shut down rumours suggesting she has undergone full facial reconstruction.
“I’m here to tell you the truth, which is that I’ve never had any plastic surgery on my face. Nothing,” she said. “I’ve never had any work done. The only thing I’ve done twice was baby Botox, and I didn’t love it.”
She explained that she prefers the natural movement in her face and worries that treatments could change features she actually likes, including her eyebrows.
Beyond correcting the rumours, Kendall also spoke about the wider impact of viral facial analysis videos on social media. She said it is unsettling to see licensed doctors break down supposed procedures she has never had.
Kendall believes this kind of content can be especially harmful to young people who may feel pressured to alter their appearance.
“They see that and think, ‘Oh my God, is that what I have to do to look like that?’” she said, noting that this mindset can push people into making decisions too early.
She added that many people experiment when they are young without fully understanding the long term effects, and those choices can later turn into regrets.
“I think it’s really scary,” Kendall said, reflecting on how powerful and damaging those online narratives can be.
