Meghan Markle’s Team Responds to Rumours About As Ever’s International Expansion

Spokesperson says reports about Australia launch plans are only speculation for now

Meghan Markle’s team has pushed back on claims that her lifestyle brand As Ever is preparing for an international launch in Australia.

A spokesperson for the brand recently addressed the reports, saying the talk about expansion plans remains premature. Speaking to Us Weekly, the representative said the circulating claims are simply speculation.

“No decisions have been made about when or where international expansion might take place,” the spokesperson explained. They added that entering new markets takes careful planning, though it is something the brand hopes to explore as it continues to grow in its next phase.

The representative also hinted that more details could come later, saying followers should “watch this space.”

The statement came after royal expert Chris Ship claimed that Meghan Markle could hold private meetings in Australia next month while exploring the possibility of launching the brand internationally.

At the moment, As Ever products are available only in the United States.

Speculation around the potential expansion intensified after Meghan Markle and the Duke of Sussex announced plans to visit Australia in April. Their spokesperson confirmed that the couple will travel to the country for several engagements.

“Prince Harry and Meghan, Duke and Duchess of Sussex will visit Australia in mid-April to take part in a number of private, business, and philanthropic engagements,” the statement said, adding that further details will be shared later.

Meanwhile, a report from Closer suggested that Meghan Markle is eager to make a strong entry into the UK’s jam market and is ready to fully commit to her passion project.

However, the outlet also claimed that Harry has some concerns about the pace of the expansion. According to an insider, he is not trying to discourage Meghan but worries that the brand may be moving too quickly and taking on financial risks despite its strong early launch numbers.
