Sussexes reportedly step up media strategy as William and Catherine prepare to travel
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are said to be ramping up efforts to stay in the spotlight as Prince William and Catherine plan a visit to the United States.
According to a source cited by Star Magazine, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are organising appearances and media placements to coincide with the Waleses’ trip, aiming to keep public attention focused on themselves.
“There’s been a real frenzy within their team to line up events and coverage that can run at the same time,” the insider claimed, suggesting the couple are keen to avoid being overshadowed.
The source added that tensions could rise further in the coming months, with the possibility of both couples being in the United Kingdom over the summer. “There’s certainly potential for drama ahead,” they said.
Harry stepped back from royal duties in 2020 alongside Meghan Markle and their son, Archie. The couple later spoke publicly about their experiences within the Royal Family, including allegations of racial bias.
Now based in California, Harry and Meghan are raising their two children after welcoming their daughter, Lilibet, in 2021.
